Shipping policy
Retail delivery is confirmed by market before dispatch. Fresh products move under cold-chain handling and are delivered only after the order details are accepted by the team.
UAE delivery area
In the UAE, the active retail market is Dubai. Same-day Dubai delivery is available after the order is confirmed, subject to product availability, delivery capacity, and the receiving address.
Other Emirates can be reviewed on request before the order is accepted.
Delivery timing
Orders are not dispatched automatically. The team confirms the product, quantity, delivery address, delivery window, and final availability before dispatch.
Same-day delivery means dispatch and delivery on the same calendar day after confirmation where stock and routing allow it.
Delivery fee
The delivery fee is confirmed before the order is accepted. It may depend on delivery zone, order size, product handling, and whether the address is inside the active same-day route.
No online payment is taken on the website at this stage; the cart sends a request to the team for confirmation.
Who delivers
Delivery is handled by Ishkhan or an approved cold-chain delivery partner assigned for the confirmed route. Products are transported in temperature-controlled packaging suitable for fresh fish and caviar.
Receiving the order
The customer or an authorized recipient must be available at the confirmed address and delivery window. Products should be checked immediately and moved to refrigeration after handover.
